You Will Need ToProven experience as a Windows Server Administrator Configuration of servers, operating systems administration, hardening, load balancers, firewall including but not limited to management of users, processes, resource contention, preventive maintenance and management of updates & patches to ensure that the system is properly updated. Re-installation in the event of system crash/failures Periodic health check of the systems, troubleshooting problems, analyzing and implementing recertification measures. Implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for maintenance of the infrastructure Management of the usernames, roles and passwords of all the relevant subsystems, including, but not limited to servers, applications, devices, etc. Implementing security on the Internet and Intranet Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes. Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions. Install and configure software and hardware. Manage network servers and technology tools, Set up accounts and workstations. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. Troubleshoot issues and outages, Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.Upgrade/ patching of systems with new releases and models time to time. Maintain cloud infrastructure, application and database backup. Configure and Maintain Server scaling and High Availability & Disaster Recovery Web / Mobile Application release management activities on staging and production server. Application Deployment on .Net / Java/ PHP based applications on Windows / Linux ServersRequiredExperience in windows server administration backgroundHands-on experience with Windows server administrationGood knowledge of various Windows operating system and platformAbility to create scripts in Python, Perl or other languageFamiliarity with security tools, data backup/recovery and best practicesAbility to identify and troubleshoot system issues.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and customer service skillsPersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
