Job Responsibilities
  • Help with financial reporting and accounting for companies in the Middle East.
  • Support the Regional Financial Controller and Finance Manager on various projects.
  • Provide guidance on finance procedures and best practices.
  • Prepare reports and reconciliations for business and group submission.
  • Collaborate with auditors and prepare financial statements for local reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business improvement projects.
  • Seek opportunities for learning and growth within the team.
Requirements
  • Recognized accounting qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with accounts reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
  • Strong numerical and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in multicultural environments.
Desired Skills
  • Experience in Big 4 accounting firms.
  • Familiarity with statutory returns and financial statements.
  • Knowledge of specific IT systems like JD Edwards and Hyperion Finance Management.
