English-French Teacher - NEOM

Job Title: Bilingual English-French Teacher for an exciting startup project for EF.  
Location: NEOM, Saudi Arabia  
Job Description:  
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Bilingual English-French Teacher in a startup project. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both English and French, along with a passion for language education and experience in startup environments. This role requires proficiency in teaching both languages effectively, as well as the ability to manage and coordinate projects within a startup setting.  
Responsibilities:  
1. Language Instruction:  
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective English and French language lessons to students of various proficiency levels.  
- Create curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessments tailored to meet the needs of individual learners and groups.  
- Foster a supportive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and language acquisition.  
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and promote language fluency.  
2. Startup Project Coordination:  
- Collaborate with the startup team to identify project goals, timelines, and deliverables.  
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to support the growth and success of startup initiatives.  
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, organizing resources, and tracking progress.  
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.  
- Provide input and insights based on previous startup experience to optimize project outcomes.  
3. Cross-Functional Support:  
- Offer language-related support to other departments as needed, such as translating documents, providing language training to staff, or facilitating multilingual communication.  
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by participating in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and other collaborative activities.  
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in language education and startup management.  
Qualifications:  
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, Language Studies, or a related field with specialization in teaching French.  
- Native or near-native proficiency in both English and French.  
- Previous experience teaching English and French to learners of various ages and backgrounds.  
- Familiarity with language teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and assessment practices.  
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.  
- Experience working in startup environments or with entrepreneurial ventures is preferred.  
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French.  
- Adaptability, creativity, and a passion for teaching and learning.
