Job Description

Supporting the planning, implementation, and coordination of training projects and initiatives. Work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of training programs, events, and projects that meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations. Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets for training programs, events, and projects. Coordinate project activities, resources, and logistics, including venue bookings, trainer schedules, materials procurement, and participant registration. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and responsive communication regarding project status, updates, and inquiries. Coordinate the allocation and utilization of resources, including trainers, facilitators, materials, and equipment, to support project implementation. Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and partners to ensure availability and timely delivery of resources as needed. Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures in the planning and execution of training projects and initiatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, contracts, and participant records. Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and summaries of project status, progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review. Provide administrative support for training programs, workshops, and events, including participant communication, materials preparation, and session coordination. Assist in the development and distribution of training materials, resources, and tools to support participant learning and engagement. Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamlining, and efficiency in project coordination and operations. Participate in cross-functional teams, working groups, and committees focused on enhancing training operations and customer service delivery. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or any related field. 1-2 Years of experience in related field Proven experience in project coordination, operations support, or administrative roles, preferably in the training, education, or professional services industry. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality, and attention to detail in project documentation and execution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools/software. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and initiative.
