Job DescriptionFamily DescriptionCorporate Services (AD) consists of executive, professional, and support services in the areas of general administration, facility and real estate management, health, security, and secretarial services as well as external affairs and information services. Comprises other enterprise-wide functions such as trainees.Subfamily DescriptionTrainee (TRA) comprises graduates taking part in Nokia's trainee programme (only for the duration of the programme). Trainees rotate through different functions to experience the company from the ground and up.ResponsibilitiesInvoice receiving and scanningReceiving, scanning, uploading and archiving the hard copy of supplier invoices. Receiving/downloading and uploading the soft copy of supplier invoices.Process invoice with PO and w or w/o GR Invoice image is verified for content and format (local legislation)Purchase order related invoice is booked either based on 2 way match or based on 3 ways match rules (P2P131)If invoice/credit note does not match with the Purchase Order and/or GR, payment plan, budget, etc - according to 2WM and 3WM control, it needs to be sent to the buyer/requestor/approver for clarificationOnce invoice verified/clarified, invoice can be posted for paymentProcess Non-PO invoiceInvoice image is verified for content and format (local legislation)Invoices will be processed either Under the Passive Approval Process (P2P151/156) As per RMS policy Getting pre-coded/coded and distributed in IAT to Nokia approver identified based on approver matrix/Nokia contact (indicated on the invoice).Once invoice is verified/approved, invoice can be posted for paymentEmail queries received/ initiated internally and externallyIncoming and outgoing, external and internal queries answered/resolved concerning external supplier invoicesVendor reconciliationRegular supplier Statement of Account reconciliation as per statutory/group audit or as per process requirement (manually and via RPA)ReportingOperational and performance report creation and distribution on a weekly & monthly basisRequired SkillsImpactRepetitive tasks.
