Job Description

Job Summary:Ensure technology products and services adhere to laws and quality standards including health, safety, and environment (HSE) regulations. Develop compliance programs and conduct audits to ensure continuous improvement by performing the following duties:Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure all technology products and services comply with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards.Stay updated on the latest industry regulations, legal requirements, and quality standards.Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.Collaboration and Communication:Liaise with legal and regulatory experts to interpret and apply regulations effectively.Collaborate with various departments to maintain high-quality standards across all products and services.Facilitate cross-departmental communication and training to ensure company-wide adherence to quality standards. Program Development:Develop and oversee quality assurance (QA), health safety & environment (HSE), and compliance programs.Design and implement comprehensive QA, HSE frameworks, and compliance protocols.Train and lead the QA and compliance teams for effective testing and monitoring.Performance Measurement:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of QA and compliance programs.Regularly review and analyze data to identify trends and insights related to product quality and compliance.Audits and Corrective Actions:Conduct regular audits and implement corrective measures as needed.Organize and carry out periodic internal reviews of products, services, and procedures.Report audit outcomes and improvement plans to senior management and stakeholders.External Engagement:Engage with external auditors and regulatory bodies.Represent the company during interactions with regulatory bodies and industry groups.Continuous Improvement:Foster a culture of continuous improvement in QA and compliance processes.Encourage innovation and continual improvement in quality assurance and compliance processes.Job Requirement:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).Familiarity with compliance regulations and quality assurance techniques.5 – 8 years of progressively responsible experience in quality management, preferably in a technology environment.Experience in developing and implementing QA and compliance strategies.Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
