Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:The Service Coordinator, KSA is the primary point of contact for requests linked to Technical Service for systems installed and is reassuring customer satisfaction through a high quality of service administration (back office management: order management, logistics, invoicing).ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Enter and manage service requests linked to instrumentation into the service management’s softwareManage service requests from quotation to delivery and customer satisfactionManage invoicing, issue of credit notes and return of goodsCase Creation & Field Engineer dispatchEnsure Install Base Updates & Accuracy in ERP as necessaryManage Inter/Intra country Forward and reverse movement of goods, spare parts, etc.Monitor Stock inventory and request replenishments accoridnglyIdentify, develop and implement improvements to support processes and proceduresAdhere to Quality Management System procedures and team objectivesPerforms additional tasks as assigned by ManagerTRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on timeMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Education or Experience (in years): Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) with 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferably as a Logistics Coordinator, Service Coordinator or Order Management SpecialistKnowledge and skills: Fluent Arabic & English (written and oral) is required (additional languages would be an advantageInternational trade rules knowledge (incoterm, custom…) in KSAComfortable with ambiguity and able to positively cope with changeKnowledge and use of commercial computer application packages (MS Office)Familiar with SAP, Oracle (or similar ERP System)Familiar with Salesforce.com / ServiceMaxAble to follow complex procedures and processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWorks independently in a structured manner with the ability to prioritize critical tasksBuilds collaborative work relationships with different teamsThrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentAt Danaher we bring together science, technology and operational capabilities to accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow’s science and technology.
