Roche in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is looking for a highly motivated individual that can take up the role of People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner for our Pharmaceutical and Diagnostic Divisions. Roche KSA has two legal entities representing all of Roche’s divisions (Pharmaceuticals, Diagnostics and Diabetes Care).
Our ambition is to make Roche the preferred healthcare company for patients in KSA by taking care and influencing the whole ecosystem that surrounds the patient.
Your Impact:
As a People & Culture Business Partner for Roche KSA you will be:
An agile business leader with a people and culture focus
A coach to the country leadership and enabling teams
A strategic and enterprise thinker for Roche KSA and the rest of the P&C organization
An architect of solutions that bring us closer to our ambition
Building the Country P&C strategy and make sure its being implemented through working closely with different chapters and stakeholders
You will be part of the country’s leadership teams and make sure that the organization sees its culture and people as the most important resource for the company
You will also be part of a strong network of P&C colleagues in EMEA, and across the globe, bringing in your expertise while also using the network for finding solutions and inspiration
You will unlock the greatness in all our people through an honest, authentic and courageous dialogue at all levels
You translate the business and P&C vision and goals into projects and initiatives and you can do this in a self-empowered way by creating teams and squads using the available P&C network
You are expected to diagnose P&C needs and to identify interventions that address issues of retention, change leadership, employee engagement, and leadership development, partnering with other Business Partners and P&C functions as appropriate.
Who you are:
You have a University Degree and demonstrated a solid HR/P&C experience in an international business environment and ideally lead a team of HR specialists
You take a genuine interest in people and creates REAL connections with the people that surround you
You are an agile professional who has a purpose and loves to see business grow as a result of our focus on people
You demonstrated passion for coaching and mentoring other leaders and professionals and has a very high self-awareness
You demonstrated enterprise mindset and system thinking and have proven ability to work effectively across multiple leadership areas
You have the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and you have great examples of building networks around a common objective or issue
You are able to deal with complexity as well as help everyone in the network to build the skills and mindsets they need to succeed in an open system
You possess strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to build successful relationships at all levels
You must be fluent in English and Arabic.
