What we’re looking forPosition Overview:We are on the lookout for a Senior Machine Learning Developer with a knack for prompt engineering to enhance our team. This role involves not only fine-tuning our transcription models on diverse datasets but also maintaining and innovating on our hosted open-source LLMs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of machine learning, specialized skills in natural language processing, and a creative flair for developing and managing effective prompts in both English and Arabic.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and fine-tuning of advanced transcription models, with a keen focus on optimizing prompt design to improve model accuracy and efficiency.Take charge of integrating, maintaining, and continually enhancing open-source LLMs, with particular attention to prompt engineering and response optimization.Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and implement machine learning solutions that leverage effective prompt strategies for enhanced performance.Establish and oversee robust pipelines for the training and deployment of models, ensuring the efficient handling of diverse data formats.Engage in continuous research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, AI, and prompt engineering, applying innovative techniques to our products and services.Ensure the scalability, security, and privacy of our machine learning systems, adhering to industry best practices in model training, data handling, and deployment.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in machine learning development, with specific expertise in NLP, transcription models, and prompt engineering.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.Demonstrated experience with large language models, including fine-tuning, optimization, and innovative prompt design.Strong capability in managing and processing large datasets, particularly in text, video, and audio formats.Exceptional problem-solving skills, creativity, and adaptability to new technological challenges.Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent skills in both written and verbal communication.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, managing projects effectively and driving innovation.
