Working together and delivering what we say we will is really important to us.Job DescriptionSupport the Brand Design Team with design directing global projects as required including pitches and pre-opening design documentsWork closely with Global VP of Design and Regional D&TS teams on projects globally.Manage the (creation of new and update of existing) Brand Toolkits (Design Guides & Technical Standards) as required including in some cases appointing and managing external consultants.Regularly meet with new global design consultants to review their capability for Ennismore projects globally and maintain the global database for DTS use.Assist document control for project documents.Minor ah-hoc Admin support duties to support Global VP of Design and Brand Design Team.The position is based out of Dubai Homebase Office and is Maternity Cover role from May-Dec 2024QualificationsKnowledge and ExperienceBachelor Degree in hospitality, design, or information technologyMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the hotel or design industryStrong working knowledge of Adobe Indesign and PowerpointCompetenciesAbility to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environmentGood interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employeesGood team working skills, fast-learning and able to work effectively and contribute in a teamFlexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.Proactive solution-based approach with the ability to make decisions on own-behalf after completing the required training and brand immersion.Additional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
