About IEG
Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

Responsibilities：

- Actively participate in key corporate strategic planning processes, working across businesses and functions to frame the corporate strategy and drive alignment and execution on key initiatives, including long-range planning and talent acquisition;

- Collaborate with other departments to source and execute strategic partnerships with game studios in the Middle East;

- Define and carry out a strategy to implement all the future pipelines, tools and processes of the potential new project;

- Evaluate the needs of the team and ensure that joint priorities are met by leveraging resources globally.

Requirements:

Qualifications：

- Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years of production experience in the game industry;

- Good communication skills and a clear, logical thought process to communicate with different stakeholders across the region and at our headquarters;

- Strong project management skills, with a great collaboration mindset and interpersonal skills;

- Excellent experience and networking resources in the game and internet-related industries.
