About the candidate:We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented operations assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate would have a customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our guests.About the role:Preparing personalized welcome letters for arriving guestsCoordinating with airport representatives on accuracy and timely delivery of welcome lettersSending inter-hotel and departure transfer messages to hotelsHandling and resolving guests complaints, managing the contact center inbox and addressing issued in a timely mannerMaintaining complaints and reporting logs ensuring accurate documentation and resolution of complaintsGenerating reports in cases of incidents or damagesCommunicating with the Contact Centre Operations Manager and escalating complaints and issues when necessary for prompt resolutionKey requirements:Experience in operational or customer service role is required in a contact centre or hospitality environment is mandatoryStrong communication and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasksProficient in computer applications
