Freelance Social Media Manager (Remote in Vietnam)

Job Description:

As a Freelance Social Media Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, creating and implementing social media strategies that resonate with our target audience. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can balance strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of digital conversations.

Location:

• Remote (Based in Vietnam)

Duty & Responsibilities:

• Copy writing in Vietnamese.
• Content producing (static and video)
• Content planning.
• Create inspiring interactive design concepts and layouts.
• Work with the lead designer and project manager in developing designs, consistent with brand.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, with focus accuracy.
• Worked independently, on multiple projects, and prioritized workload effectively.
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organizational ability.
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
• Platforms knowledge: Meta Business, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.

Job Qualifications:

• Nationality: Vietnam
• Languages: English, Native Vietnamese
• Background: 3 to 5 years of Social Media experience
• Design Qualification: Graphic Design, Motion Graphic Design, User Interface Design
