In this role, you'll be responsible for providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process to drive the successful acquisition and retention of customers.Responsibilities• Contact customers and follow them to know their demands and to ascertain the level of satisfaction.• Provide the customers with the required support in the technical points and Respond to their comments and requirements.• Prepare quotations for customers and following up.• Follow up on pending projects with clients.• Follow up order process from order till delivery.• Solving any client problems.• Provide information to management about sales figures, goals and customer needs, interests, obstacles, and potential sales for new products and services.• Works diligently to achieve company objectives and goals.• Foster and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.• 0 to 2 years of experience in sales.
