Job description:   Job Summary The role is responsible for maintaining the Raw and White Sugar Physical and Futures Trading accounting, and back office / operational work of the trading function.  Job Responsibilities 1. Reconciliation of Accounts on daily basis with Future brokers and OTC service providers, Prepare overall position report inclusive of physical and future positions. 2. Reconciliation of invoices for physical sugar purchased from sugar suppliers in coordination with Purchase department. 3. Keep track of raw sugar purchase and costing of individual vessels. 4. Execute the futures, options and OTC derivatives positions as per directions from DGM/Trading Manager. 5. Execute “Buyer’s Executable Orders”(BEO’s) and “Against Actuals” (AA’s) as per the company contractual obligations in Sales and Purchase Contracts (Allocation of AAs/ BEOs for different Physical Contracts). 6. Calculate the realized and unrealized profit / loss of the futures, options and Over the Counter trades on a daily basis. 7. Manage the operations of the assigned area to ensure timely delivery of committed accountabilities. 8. Coordinate with the relevant departments for pricing and invoicing.  Profile description:Requirement:University Degree in Finance, Accouting or CommerceAt least 3-5 years of relevant experience in commodity and futures trading and back-office operations
