Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and implement efficient financial processes and controls to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in the technology or e-learning industry is a plus.
