Job Id: 24725399The Product Head is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. Generally accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses/ geographic regions.We are looking for someone that will be laser focused on client experience and can drive the onboarding experience forward in terms of innovative thinking, defining industry leading features and capabilities both for our external customers and the internal stakeholders who help support our products.Responsibilities:Leading multimarket initiatives in region related to documentation requirements for Account Opening and Maintenance, including specification of requirements definition & validation with local in-country product, legal and Onboarding teams.Managing regulatory projects across all MEA projects with end-to-end product ownership of our JIRA change requests, communications and training.Lead the Regulatory Reference Guide (RRG) for the 27 markets across MEA.Revising all checklist across 27 MEA markets and pointing out documents no longer required by regulation or required by regulations but not found. Also helping in moving KYC documents off the checklist.Lead regional efforts to maximize eSignature commercialization, including capability gap analysis, training, communications, and leading discussions with in-country teams to ensure local concerns are addressed and solved.Leading our efforts to implement critical enablers of client experience in MEA across data and documentation for the committed footprint.Managing our Product Approval Program and coordinating region wide approvals, updates, and country appendicesOwnership and delivery of our governance structures for region-wide checklist certificationOwnership of the MEA responsibilities stemming from on the Global documentation meetings. Leading all cluster Doc Gov Committee discussions.Ownership of change for programs under your control: creation of agile epics & journeys to document required changes; ownership of these change requests through presentation and advocacy through our annual budget processLead North Africa and Levant cluster as sub-cluster owner containing all Platform and Data Services (PDS) Risk and Control, Client Experience, Commercialization and sub-cluster exco presence.Qualifications:Minimum 8-10+ years of relevant experience.5+ years’ experience in the digital onboarding or KYC space where you have either been involved in defining product requirements (e.g. product manager) or have in-depth knowledge of this space via working directly with these types of products (e.g. client on-boarding at a bank or a corporate).Comfortable to chair senior dialogue in high-pressured environment and manage risk escalation appropriately within the organisationAbility to work and drive cross functional groups of stakeholders, countries, global and regional teamsAbility to think through user problems, find solutions that eliminates manual touch points for our clients(Highly preferable) – experience of digitizing and automating the client on-boarding journey for a product and introducing them to different geographies(Highly Preferable) – experience in Design Thinking and/or AGILE techniques to define Epics/Features and User Stories Fluency in English.
