Test Manager (D365 F&O)

Authority Partners is looking for a Test Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of the projects and to be a part of a D365 consultancy services team.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, and have a knack for Dynamics 365 testing.Sounds interesting? Let us know and apply! ????What you will do:Lead test management activities for projects, ensuring the successful execution of testing and quality assurance processes.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns related to testing activities.Utilize knowledge and experience of testing approaches to enhance the effectiveness of testing strategies.Plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), System Acceptance Testing (SAT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, coordinating with large and multinational teams.Apply expertise in function apps, service bus, and the Integration Service Environment to testing processes.Utilize Azure DevOps extensively to manage test cycles, suites, and cases efficiently.Develop and maintain Regression Automation test suites to ensure comprehensive test coverage.What you have:5 years of experience as a test managerUnderstanding or experience with ERP platforms and projects, with preference given to Microsoft Dynamics projects.Passion for and commitment to quality assurance practices.Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for project management and collaboration.Experience in test management across full project life cycles, preferably within ERP-related projects.Strong knowledge and experience of testing approaches, with a focus on continuous improvement.Ability to plan and execute test cycles involving large and multinational teams.Proficiency in function apps, service bus, and Integration Service Environment.In-depth experience with Azure DevOps for test management and coordination.Expertise in developing and maintaining Regression Automation test suites.You are extra awesome if you have:Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Effective time management and organizational skills.Proven track record of delivering successful testing outcomes in dynamic environments.Relevant Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations certificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field would be of great value, but if you’re passionate and have the experience that backs up your abilities, for us, talent outweighs degree every time.AP Perks: Remote workMost cutting-edge technologies and modern environmentOpportunity to work with people who are at the top of their fieldGreat culture and environmentCompetitive remuneration package.
