Finance Executive

Local Unit & Position Description

This position will improve working capital management by ensuring timely invoicing, collection of outstanding invoices,prevention of bad debt provision and maintaining/adding efficiency to the payroll process.

The Finance Executive responsibilities includes the following:

· Managing the external and intercompany billing activities.· Reviewing all invoices, credit memos to ensure accuracy and processing in a timely manner.· Leading cash flow improvement by effective AR & WiP monitoring / management.· Timekeeping of Chargeable time of Inspectors.· Payroll & Expenses processing of Inspectors at month-end· Assist with Project profitability / trend analysis reports.· Assist with month end closing.· Assist with other ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

Position Qualifications

. Ability to work in a multicultural environment· Receptive to new ideas and working methods· Ability to meet deadlines· Ability to communicate upcoming issues in an effective and timely manner· Attention to detail· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably Arabic.

Technical / Professional Expertise and QualificationsRequired

· Advanced Excel skills .· Proven achievement and strong experience working within a finance function.· ERP experience: Oracle and Sales Force .· Prior experience of 3 - 5 years in similar roles
