Your focus will be on promo planning & end to end execution, media planning, and leveraging cross-channel attribution to optimize marketing efforts.What will you do? Promotions Planning and End-to-End Execution: develop comprehensive plans for promotion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives and coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute them across various channels and platforms.Partnerships Negotiation and Execution: identify and negotiate partnership opportunities to establish mutually beneficial collaboration and ensure the successful implementation of joint initiatives.Creative Pipeline and Brand Ad Hoc Tasks: manage the in-house creative pipeline to support brand objectives and maintain brand consistency, liaising with the global brand team to align strategies across international markets.Promo Planning (Before & After) and Media Planning: plan media strategies to optimize reach and engagement and develop pre-promotion and post-promotion analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.Marketing Reports and Cross-Channel Attribution: track performance metrics and analyze the impact of marketing initiatives, using cross-channel attribution models to assess the contribution of each marketing channel to overall success.Automations and PMO Role for Radio, Influencer, CRM, etc.: streamline workflows and improve efficiency in planning and execution through automation processes and act as a Project Management Office (PMO) for various initiatives, including radio campaigns, influencer partnerships, and CRM projects.Own the Marketing Budget and Optimize CAC: ensure efficient budget allocation of resources to maximize ROI and implement strategies to optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in strategic planning, promotions management, and partnership negotiation.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Experience with cross-channel attribution and media planning.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in project management or PMO roles is a plus.BenefitsHealth insuranceLife insurancePreferential price for retail cars upon completion of probation period22 working days of holidaysFlexible work environment: At KAVAK, we value your well-being.
