In addition to that you will be responsible for collaboration with Marketing Lead, Sales Lead, Key Account Managers (KAMs) in the execution of various campaigns to achieve volume and revenue goals as well as long term product life cycle strategy through innovative pipeline.You Will Be Part of Growing Team Middle East and North Africa teamYour ChallengeLeading the technical service team and developing the AgroService activities in the region to support and evaluate product performance. Plan and execute trials per market needs. Manage new product development and new product concepts in the region. Plan, schedule, execute, evaluate, analyze, interpret and report results of product trials and experiments. Assess trial results to determine product performance and life cycle decisions. Develop and transfer knowledge by conducting trainings, generating technical material, and visiting farmers / technicians. Manage field calls regarding complaints and product performance. Leading and coordination of portfolio management activities across different markets Organizing field days and participating in agricultural fairs. Key Stakeholders And InteractionsInternal: Country and CU leadership, Marketing managers, Product managers, Portfolio regional team and commercial effectiveness, technical service, Sales, SPSExternal: Distributors, Farm associations, customers, Ag Universities, agency, political Ag influencers, ag union association.Location: Cairo, Egypt#HybridQualificationsTo Grow What Matters, You Will Need Education: University degree in agricultural sciences or similar Professional experience: Proven experience in agri-business in a technical role (for e.g. Product Manager or Technical Service or similar) Agricultural Knowledge: strong agricultural management knowledge is a must and a focus on Corn cultivation would be an asset. Cultural Competence: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Analytical skills: strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset and organizational skills Personality: Open and honest mind, customer-oriented and friendly Language: Professional English language skills (written and spoken) Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60%) within and between core areas and countries Who Are We Looking For?
