Prioritize and lead our people management processesArticulate a clear and compelling talent vision for the market.Coach, grow and develop senior leaders in all relevant leadership and functional skillsRequirementsThe ideal candidate should have proven leadership experience (+15 years) in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, in a senior management capacity, including several years in marketing/commercial roles.Successfully led, or played a significant role in, the development of market, business unit or functional department strategic priorities.Proven experience in successfully managing cross-functional teams and working across diverse workstreams.Directly and successfully led complex and cross-functional projects.Experience in working collaboratively across the Enterprise, demonstrate behaviors and actions which prioritize what is best for the Enterprise.Demonstrated independent decision making, integrity and accountability for results.Has a track record of success in recruiting and developing diverse talent and driving a culture where talent development is a visible component of overall organizational focus.Has successful experience in managing managers, has led full annual people management process.Successfully managed a P&L for a business or function and has experience of making independent choices aimed at delivering sustained value creation.Has a solid experience in analyzing markets / customer segments, formulating commercial strategies, and executing campaigns to drive business outcomes; experience working closely with, or within, functions that focus on core customer segmentsLed teams to develop both incremental and innovative solutions that have unlocked new commercial opportunities or addressed barriers.Experience in building and maintaining an inclusive environment through responding to feedback both direct and via employee surveysStrong understanding of compliance, role modelling ethical behavior, with the ability to evaluate the risks and opportunitiesPreferrable experience on a market beyond your home market / Saudi Arabia, with an appreciation of what it takes to succeed in diverse cultures and complex health care systemsUnderstanding of the healthcare ecosystem and regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia / GCCFluent English. Spoken Arabic would be an advantageThe role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Relocation support will be provided if needed.
