Key responsibility:Coding and recording new suppliers, as well as any amendments to current suppliers, inventory items, fixed assets, & accounts receivables on the ERP system Save all preparation registration documents, as well as pricing and price adjustment documents approved by the Egyptian Drug Authority also Pharmacy Administration for reference in the event of inspection and follow-up by regulatory authorities.Ensure backup and recovery process are in place for business continuity Facilitate / execute project deliverables Develop and update relevant policies and SOPs with focus on operational efficiencies through data quality and standardization Direct day -to day master data management activities across all organizationDevelop continuous improvement mindset by strengthen on end-to-end processAcademic experience required :BCs Degree in Computer science , BIS or similar related fieldProfessional Experience Required :Minimum 2 to 3 years of Experience in same positionComputing Skills :Excellent SAP user , MS office userPersonal Skills :Strong communication skills and presentation skills Problem solving skills Analytical thinking with structured approachLanguages :Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic
