They are one of the world’s largest oil producers. They are constantly growing by creating new technologies through its Research and Development efforts and branch into new business lines through Investments and Acquisitions.Responsibilities:You will be required to perform the following within tight deadlines:Provides expert and objective advice to senior management to support decision-making in respect of M&A valuations on specific transactions. Supports the development and execution of M&A transactions by providing comprehensive financial analysis activities including building and utilizing complex financial models, including risk and uncertainty analysis. Develops, coaches and mentors team members in areas of expertise. Contributes to the continuous improvement of relevant processes and methodologies to become a center of excellence of valuation for the CompanyProvides ad hoc financial analysis activities including on transfer pricing, impairment reviews, Shareek incentives, and group policy reviews. Manages Financial Advisors for valuation activities on transactions. Develops relationships in banks to bring external perspectives on the M&A landscape to the CompanySupports the FIM-led mandating of Financial Advisors including the development of RFPs, selection criteria, and evaluation of proposals. Requirements:Education Level: BachelorsEducation Degree: Bachelor of ScienceEducation Discipline: Business and Management e.g. Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years including 5 years special experience in M&A Transactions
