This role demands a creative individual capable of delivering compelling content from scratch, adept at translating complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives that resonate with our diverse audience. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping the voice of our brand, educating our customers, and driving engagement with our upcoming product release.What you’ll be doingCraft engaging, informative content that reflects our brand's voice and values, including but not limited to website copy, blog posts, white papers, case studies, and social media content.Collaborate closely with our product, marketing, and technical teams to produce content that accurately represents our AI/DataOps platform and its value proposition to businesses.Manage content projects from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines and brand guidelines.Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure content is informative, accurate, and up-to-date.Translate complex technical information into clear, reader-friendly content accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.Optimize content for search engines and social media to increase visibility and engagement.Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.What you'll needProven experience as a copywriter or related role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in the tech industry, especially in AI/DataOps.Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to adapt style, tone, and voice to various content types and audiences.Strong understanding of AI and DataOps concepts, trends, and technologies.Experience working independently and delivering projects from scratch, demonstrating project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.Adept at conducting comprehensive research to produce factual and engaging content.
