Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach..Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks..Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills..Certification such as CSM or PSM is a must.Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira or Trello..Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
