Key Result Areas:
- Define and execute the QRDI community development strategy, focusing on identifying target audiences, articulating value propositions, and setting objectives for both launch and long-term sustainability. Success will be measured by engagement metrics.
Plan and implement community-building initiatives, such as interactive forums, webinars, and collaborative projects, to foster vibrant participation and collaboration among members.
Leverage the QRDI communities to disseminate high-quality content related to research and innovation, including the latest research findings, innovation trends, and expert insights.
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with academia, industry, and government stakeholders to enhance community resources and opportunities.
Develop and implement promotional strategies to raise awareness and drive user adoption of the QRDI Portal within the research and innovation community.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop engaging materials that communicate the QRDI Portal's value proposition effectively.
Identify and implement enhancements to the QRDI Portal's features and functionality based on stakeholder needs.
Develop mechanisms for high-quality data collection and curation from stakeholders for inclusion in the QRDI Portal.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring the portal meets the evolving needs of the community.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a point of contact for inquiries and providing guidance on leveraging the QRDI Portal’s capabilities.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on utilizing the QRDI Portal’s features and maximizing its benefits.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the QRDI Portal, utilizing metrics and user feedback to measure its impact and identify areas for improvement.
Support M&E team in Establishing processes and guidelines for data submission, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevance of the collected data.
Support M&E team in encouraging stakeholders’ active participation in data sharing, emphasizing the benefits of contributing to the QRDI Portal.- Support M&E team in exploring opportunities for integrating external data sources and Application Programming Interface to enrich the portal's data offerings.
- Support other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Information Systems, or Business Administration & 8-10 years of relevant full-time work experience, 3 of which at a supervisory level.
- Strong understanding of research and innovation ecosystems, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders from various backgrounds.
- Proficiency in data collection, data curation, and data quality management.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI or similar data visualization platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of data analytics techniques and methodologies.
- project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
