Job Description

JOB PURPOSE Learning and Development Senior Executive will work closely with the Learning and Development Manager to plan, execute, and implement diverse learning solutions and programs across the different regions. This role is responsible to manage and ensure effective utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS) platform as well as overseeing L&D operations to ensure alignment with the budget set and meticulous tracking programs progress and conducts needed analysis to ensure learning solutions provided meet the defined objectives. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ TRAINING/ TECHNICAL SKILLS Qualifications And Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field. Ability to work in a multicultural environment. Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in Learning and Development field. Experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) & eLearning platforms. vendor Management Experience. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning and development needs across different departments and levels within MAGRABi. Manage and track the learning and development budget to ensure optimal utilization of resources and cost-effective training solutions. Support in the implementation of MAGRABi Learning Management System launch. Ensure execution of Learning and Development plans effectively and in a timely manner aligned with the overall organization learning goals. Manage the execution of MAGRABI learning iGROW Tracks. Manage e-learning platforms and ensure tool utilization & optimization. Deliver regular analysis to assess the impact and effectiveness of learning programs, gather feedback, and make improvements as necessary. Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to deliver training programs and support in the selection process. Utilize data-driven methods to track the impact of training programs provided
