In this role you will be responsible for sales of products/systems within Abu Dhabi market, UAE. mainly for O&G in accordance with the business strategy. Achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, mar-ket share and customer satisfaction. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities, building & maintaining relationships with a focused drive towards business profitability. You will be building & maintaining good working relationship with extended stakeholders to identify and work on sales opportunities and in driving them to closure.This position reports toChannel Manager (EPCs)Your responsibilitiesCreating, implementing and reviewing sales strategy ensuring high say-do and high hit-rate to deliver on planIdentifying and mapping out potential key players/decision makers and participating, working closely with ADNOC through all its subsidiariesMonitoring competitor’s activity within the segment of Oil and Gas, ensuring that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented.Ensuring achievement of sales volume and product mix targetsIdentifying and managing potential risks related to contracted contracts between customers/channels, monitoring the customer's financial status and reporting any changes regarding risk to relevant internal teams.Ensuring effective marketing communications and customer relationship building, supporting the development of strong relationships with key customers and key decision makersFollowing business governance and control guideline and taking lead for seeking approval of large bids as per defined procedureYour backgroundBachelor’s degree in Electrical EngineeringAt least 1-2 years of relevant experience in electrification, sales Knowledge of commercial and legal terms and project risk managementA collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and customer relationship-building skillsStrong influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
