This role provides key support to the team, responsibilities are to support with stock loan requests for press and influencers, closely track and manage all filing of monthly coverage, as well as facilitate image requests in a press facing capacity.Some of the essentials for you to know are:Location: Dubai OfficeDepartment Size: 2Reporting into: Marketing ManagerBesides a competitive salary, we can offer you:Flexible working (Work in Office 3 days/week - WFH 2 days/week)A chance to be part of a fun and caring team that support each other.Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:Assist with closely monitoring and filing monthly coverage across all four brands, namely: NET-A-PORTER, MR PORTER, The OUTNET, and YOOXComplete general housekeeping, internal and administrative tasks (answering phone calls, ordering stationary and branded packaging, booking couriers, ordering flowers, stock, and credit requests, collecting and filing newspapers and magazines, booking meeting rooms and press appointments, ensuring desk areas are organised and managing storage)Work closely with relevant internal teams such as Buying and Global Communications and assist the PR team with implementing successful product launches.Provide the Regional PR team with assistance on spokesperson photoshoots.Provide the Regional PR team with assistance in the run up to and during regular high-profile media events.Assist with various research projects.Support with placing sample requests for events, press and influencers.Assist with requesting high-res imagery.Handle and assist with influencer and editor gifting.Complete the below daily tasks:Collect and monitor press coverage (whilst managing all subscriptions)Compile daily coverage updates and regular reports.Complete press requests (predominantly image and some sample requests)Manage press returns and call back outstanding samples (stock)Assist on various special projects and events.The type of person we are looking for:UAE National with Family Book.Previous PR-related work experienceThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressureExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to work well as a key member within in a team, taking on your own responsibilities.The ability to take initiative and solve problemsImpeccable organisational and analytical skillsGreat time management and are able to prioritise and multi-task.Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook skillsEnthusiasm, commitment, drive and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.A love for the NET-A-PORTER brand, luxury fashion and beautyFrom the moment you join the YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP we are committed to making your journey with us inspirational and evolutionary.
