Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintenance systems SME (Subject matter expert). Responsible for guiding, governing, and developing maintenance teams across plants.
- Assess equipment criticality
- Work with spare parts team to assess spare parts criticality
- Lead root cause analysis
- Review and improve PM task effectiveness
Review machine history to update maintenance standards and add SOPs to PMs Review PM inspection frequency. Apply RCM - Reliability Centered Maintenance on selected machine groups. Apply FMECA - Failure mode effects and criticality analysis on selected machine group
- Direct responsibility on cost and performance KPI
- Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the Health & Safety programs in the field.
- Own CMMS performance and upgrades
- Lead Predictive maintenance Agenda and work with R&M central team and Maintenance teams to ensure proper implementation.
- Develop condition monitoring plans - focus on vibration measurement and infra-red thermography for electrical installations
- Shift and lift best practices across plants
- Responsible for implantation of PeMM Through:
Review PeMM criteria. Implement MIAP (Maintenance Improvement Action plan) Leading PeMM Audit
Qualifications
Very solid electrical & mechanical background in industrial lines Very Solid background in maintenance Systems Excellent Troubleshooting skills for software’s and hardware components Analytical Skills MRP systems TPM Basic knowledge of Project management Finance fundamentals
Education: BSc.. Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from Reputable University , TPM Knowledge, PEMM certification. Prior Work Experience: 6 to 8 years of Engineering maintenance & services for FMCG preferably in food / pharmaceutical industries. Language Proficiency : Fluency in spoken and written English / Arabic
