What will you do?
-Implement products and services in line with the company’s strategic products.
-Translate customer requirements into deliverable products and services.
-Represent the company professionally to clients, partners and other third parties.
-Proactively maintain knowledge of the company’s current and future products/solutions offerings
-Solves any technical development issues and problems.
-Define technical specifications for custom extensions.
-Develop and conduct quality deliverables (technical design and setup documentation).
-Conduct technical training to customer’s key-users.
-Perform skill development activities as needed.
