Job Description
If you are a supply chain professional with a passion to innovate and contribute in a fast paced growing environment, you might be a good fit to join Amazon's Supply Chain team. This role involves big data handling and cross functional communication. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills with ability to handle it with large teams. The role enables the candidate to experience with the cross worlds of Supply Chain x Business and Retail front since we overlook Importation End to end Operation and Program Excellence process of Amazon.com Selection to MENA countries from across the globe
Key job responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, dashboards that will support business needs
- Provide data support for program manager projects and ad-hoc requests
- Prepare Weekly Business Review Deck (WBR) with proper trouble shooting prior to business meeting
- Support business growth in constrained environment with innovative solutions and automated reports
- Work on scaling up processes at a quick pace, by identifying, implementing available tools/automation
- Rollout best practices from other geographies/ companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses
- Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences
- Bring data driven solutions using analytical skills to contribute operations and growth in the organization
- Continually improve ongoing reporting and processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for stakeholders
- Work closely with stakeholders (internal/external) to understand and automate/enhance existing processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams and partner BIE teams to acquire new data from production systems or between databases

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Must have basic Supply Chain and Planning knowledge, capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience through work experience or coursework
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, QuickSight, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions
- 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding in SQL and basic programming skills like Python knowledge is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in supply chain/Operations function
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to own and follow through on issues
