Job Description



Being a key member in the company; the Legal Advisor is expected to provide full legal support to the company, to represent the company and his/her department in major negotiations internally and externally and to ensure the timely preparation, accuracy and quality of all the Legal department tasks

Essential Job Requirements:



Legal Advisor will mainly be responsible for:
Production: Processing all tasks related to the business and ensuring optimum results through
Analyzing /developing /modifying of insurance contracts, policies, insurance rules, agent agreements and other types of contracts, systematic review of any contractual documents. Providing proactive legal assistance and preparation of reliable legal opinions, advices and legislative interpretation, both written and verbal, on matters relevant to the activity of the company. Preparing legal documents: legal memos, Power of Attorneys, commercial correspondences, official requests, meeting minutes, documents required for registration or modifications to constitutive corporate documents.
Legal risks analyses and prevention Following up and supporting litigation section. Correspondence with state authorities, representation in governmental organs supervising, researching and analyzing implication of laws, legislation and regulatory matters affecting the company. Conducting internal investigations in accordance with the company’s internal regulations. Drafting all legal documents related to General Assembly meetings and Board of Directors meetings. Managing internal and external legal resources. Providing reports as required. Providing reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the
Top Management informed of the operation and progress of the Legal department efforts and updating the Management with any new legal event
Audit: Ensuring the quality and safety of all Legal processes through random checking by
Assuring that all the Legal department tasks are complying with the set quality indicators and priorities Performing Permanent Supervision in due time and take actions if any problems detected Organization Development: Anticipating any future problems or need for change in the organization and setting action plan to face it through Serving as a change agent for continuous improvement through improved/enhanced methodologies. Working with MD in implementing sound and practical department specific and company wide industrialization methodologies. Reviewing and analyzing the Legal department procedures and processes for improvements proposals Making at least once a year a new proposal and Imagining alternatives , all for the sake of organization development and saving materials and resources Anticipating any crisis situation and setting action plan with corrective actions to be taken to remedy it

Requirements:



University degree in law. +4 Years of experience Specialty in civil/insurance law is desirable Fluent English Strong knowledge in civil, insurance, corporate and tax laws Good Computer skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to details and organized Formal presentation skills Good analytical skills and possibility to express legal opinion High level of responsibility Ability to work independently Negotiation skills and ability to persuade using tact and political sense Independent, affirmative, sharp and focused
