Account Supervisor

What we expect from you:

Conduct targeted cold calls to facilitate evaluations for potential candidates, demonstrate excellent communication and persuasion skills Resolve operational issues encountered by our direct to customer (DTC) professionals during their duties, while effectively coordinating with our drivers to ensure seamless service delivery Take full ownership of the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll management Facilitate visa and insurance processes for candidates, ensure all necessary documentation is processed efficiently Efficiently manage bookings for our DTC services, optimize resource allocation to meet demand effectively Foster creative thinking and take responsibility for increasing bookings and revenue Provide daily/weekly reports and handling matters related to absenteeism promptly, maintaining transparency and accountability Ensure and improve crew average rating and performance

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university 1 to 3 years in a similar position, preferably within a dynamic and fast-paced environment Experience in handling unskilled workforce Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English Strong proficiency in time management, conflict resolution, and a willingness to continually learn and adapt Demonstrated mentorship capabilities, coupled with sound decision-making skills to drive operational efficiency
