PositionHead of Permanent Placement UAEReports to (position)Country ManagerDepartmentPermanent PlacementDotted line ReportRegional Practice Leader, Eastern Europe & MENA - Permanent PlacementJob PurposeResponsible for developing and implementing the PP strategy in the country as per Adecco Group standards and priorities.Accountable for the operational and sales leadership and development of a permanent placement team.Ensure budget achievement and profitable business growth.Ensure the best customer (both candidates and clients) experience.Key Accountabilities & TasksTeam Management / Leadership Develop and implement team’s PP Strategy Manage performance and KPIs activity for the team: PP sales target number of interviews development of existing clients (through contacts with Line Managers) proactive selling of CVs client meetings Monitor the implementation of PP budget and take corrective actions in order to quarantee the outcome Attract, recruit and on-board new talented members for the team Grow the necessary skills and competencies of the Consultants & Team Leaders- via workshops, on the job learning, mentoring, job exchange, e-courses, coaching- in order to ensure effectiveness in daily job and achievement of KPI’s. Conduct monthly and end year performance appraisals of the team based on established KPIs Build a Great Place to Work resulting to increasing engagement of colleagues and a healthy retention within the team Through identifying talent within the business and overseeing development activities, ensure a succession plan for key positions in PP to support the career growth of your team and ensure successful business continuity with minimum risk.Business Tasks Develop a strong business network within the country, resulting in generating new clients and profitable business opportunities Be directly involved in top-10 clients Support the team in final negotiations, oversee proposal / agreement submission as needed Responsible for monitoring and analysing market data of competitors' actions Ensure appropriate use of Adecco Web and external job boards Ensure the client payment of outstanding invoices Resolve issues escalated by Team LeadersKey Stakeholders External Customers Candidates Operations & Business LinesKey Success Indicators Perm budget achievement Sales & recruitment KPI’s achievement Gross margin increase Market share increase Employee Retention / EngagementEducation level & faculty University degree (preferred) Additional postgraduate degree or MBA is an assetJob Experience & Skills Min. 7 years of relevant experience in a Sales / Management role within the business Successful sales track record Proven strong client network Highly influential and convincing P&L understanding Fluent in English LanguageCompetencies Result driven Customer orientation Problem solving & analysis Embracing & adapting to change Self management & development Communication Teamwork Relationship managementManagerial Leading Teams Strategic Planning & Judgement Driving Financial Results & InnovationPosting date: 01-09-2023JobIndustryJob Code :23000121
