Job Description
- Objective:
Responsible for coordinating and coaching our software development team, acting as a vital link between product owners and team members throughout the development/implementation phase.
What you'll do! - Supervising the scope of each project and ensuring the timely fulfillment of deadlines.
- Serving as the point of contact for external communications (e.g., customers or stakeholders)
- Coordinating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
- Supporting the development team in adopting Agile and Scrum practices, Identifying and troubleshooting obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
- Monitoring and provide comprehensive reports on the progress of the team, actively assisting in the identification and resolution of any issues to reach the highest level of scrum maturity.
- Coordinating with Product Owners and other stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog and new requests.
- Guaranteeing the adherence of deliverables to established quality standards upon the conclusion of each sprint.
What should you have? - Bachelor's degree in computer science, or any related field
- 3 years of experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (definition
of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Scrum Master certification is preferred
- understanding of software development processes
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies
- Proficiency in the use of JIRA and analytic tools
