Job Title: Engineering Project Manager & Financial Analyst

Job Description:

• Manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure effective project execution.
• Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for engineering projects.
• Prepare financial reports and projections, analyzing project costs, cash flow, and ROI.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize project financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
• Support the development of project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
• Monitor project financials, tracking expenses, variances, and financial milestones.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in engineering project management and financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Saudi Arabian nationality.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in engineering project management and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

On-site –Jeddah, SAU, Riyadh, SAU
