Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and results-oriented Data Engineer/MLOps Engineer (with DataScience Skills) to play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the data pipelines that power ourindustry-leading digital identity verification solutions.Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines to support product operations andmachine learning model training and retraining.Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to establish comprehensive reporting forproduct performance analysis.Champion MLOps best practices, ensuring the smooth deployment and management of ourmachine learning models in production.Analyze model performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize model thresholdsusing data science techniques.Source, segment, and prepare datasets for model training, bench-marking, and qualityassurance purposes.Develop and maintain a data catalog that tracks and documents the data used for trainingeach specific model.Stay up-to-date on the latest data engineering and MLOps trends, continuously innovating toimprove our solutions.RequirementsA bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalentexperience).Solid experience in data engineering principles and practices (e.g., data pipelines, datatransformation, data warehousing).Familiarity with machine learning concepts and MLOps • practices (a plus). Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Python, SQL).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.A passion for innovation and a desire to make a real impact.BenefitsMedical Insurance for selfSocial InsuranceFlexible Working ArrangementDynamic & Agile working environment
