Job summary
The jobholder is responsible for attracting & fulfil client’s hiring needs by utilizing the best recruitment practices & procedures align with Saudi Labor Law while achieving smooth experience for the candidates and the clients.Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage, develop and maintain overall recruitment and selection processes of staff to meet client's requirements.
  • Implement and review recruitment and selection guidelines and ensure the team are following our policies, procedures and processes.
  • Mentor and identify the recruiting issues and recommend best solutions that fit with Areeb strategy.
  • Maintain a good understanding of skill requirements for staff while identifying and implementing best methods of selection such as Assessment, Structured interview etc.
  • Set the recruitment action plan for implementing the manpower plan through assigning the jobs to the Recruitment team and monitor the progress to ensure the achievement of the hiring targets accordingly.
  • Build and maintain relationship with various sourcing channels e.g., Placement agencies, Educational institutions, Job portals etc.
  • Assist, review and monitor recruitment requirements with Business Development team to ensure the fulfill of client's manpower requirements.
  • Create, oversee and maintain a pool of talent data for future requirements.
  • Develop and supervise the execution of the on boarding process to ensure the alignment with Areeb branding and to maintain employees’ retention.
  • Advertise opportunities on careers pages, job boards and social networks
  • Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruiting
  • Prepare, develop and conduct induction programs for all new employees.
  • Present and conduct orientation program and enable new employees to get along with their job to ensure a health and smooth onboarding experience.
  • Monitor staff achievements, perform periodic performance appraisals, and provide guidance, coaching or training to direct subordinates in performing their delegated duties
  • Optimize the use of personal and team time/effort in carrying out assigned duties, to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality
  • Ensure continuous monitoring of trends in the market and provide advice to management on potential initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.
  • Perform any other duties assigned to him/her related to the nature of the work.

RequirementsQualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
  • Master degree is a plus
  • Relevant Professional Certification (CIPD, SHRM, SPHRi etc.) is a plus
Experience & Skills
  • At least 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR and 2 years at managerial level
  •  Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional network
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation method
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
