The Talent Management Expert will support the Manager Talent Management to ensure Leaders and People Managers develop and retain organizational talent.
Main responsibilities:
- Ongoing identification of training needs.
- Organize
trainings and workshops that are not owned by the IFZA Academy.
- Collate
training needs from performance reviews and self-assessments.
- Maintain
training records for all employees.
- Support timely Performance Reviews for all employees.
- Ensure
accurate employee data in Performance Management System
- Support manager in special projects like LinkedIn
Learning and migration of Performance Management System from Loop Now to Zoho
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate
environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field. HR is preferred.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Good Excel skills for data analysis and management.
- Ability to work well in a team.
