Job Scope:

• This role moves quickly within a challenging environment to support the business and its on time goals. This cross-functional position conducts flawless execution of network flow and strategy This role will require commitment, on-going business engagement and breakthrough thinking will be required to evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Job Responsibilities:

•  Manage the SC planning process of promotions production monitoring, customer service tracking/communication, inventory management and project timeline management to reduce business waste and slow-moving goods, while keeping customer service as key focus.

  
  

• Key interface between Supply Planning, Demand Planning, QA, Brand Building, Customer Marketing, Logistics Operations, customer service, Procurement and Packaging Development team members.

  
  

• Conduct focused improvement activities and after-action reviews as needed to improve performance against key KPIs and issue avoidance for future projects.

  
  

• Bridge the needs of different functions and expertly translate the requirements to keep the value chain in sync.

  
  

• Cost optimization.

  
  

• Capacity management (short and long term) are key ongoing priorities with an emphasis on continuous improvement of process and outcomes.

  
  

• Review the aggregate short-term volume forecast and highlight gaps, risks and opportunities to colleagues.

  
  

• Provide operational support to his direct reports as well as building their capabilities to meet business requirements.

  
  

• Design and support information edge tools to support business in identifying risks and gaps for faster decision making.

  
  

• Share best practice Co-Packing ideas or constrains with categories for new desired activities.

  
  

Role Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering / supply chain & logistics / business administration

  
  

• 4 to 6 years of experience in same or related scope.

  
  

• Strong Communication, negotiations & Interpersonal skills.

  
  

• Excellent knowledge and experience related to Supply Chain Management.

  
  

• Strong Stakeholders Management.

  
  

• Strong Leadership skills with effective decision making.
