If you want to grow in your career and make an impact every day, come join our global team.ResponsibilitiesCreate, design, plan and deliver high impact training in technology.Collaborate with Content Team in creating fast-track trainings (bootcamps) using applied learning, real cases scenarios, simulations, laboratories, and projects.Collaborate in customized and innovative proposals aligned to business goals and KPIs to improve identified technical and leadership skills.Act as the escalation point for systemic compliance issues and be the global expert and contact point for Business Process Program Management.Participate in digital transformation and consultancy projects when required.Support in developing and administering the logistics of technology training delivery.Provide feedback on trainees regarding knowledge progress and class participation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience with an emphasis on Computer Science, Education, or similar fieldMinimum of 5 years of related experience.Expert technical knowledge in any of the following technologies: Cloud Technologies, Data Science & Data Analytics, Big Data, Python, Machine Learning, AI Technologies is a must.Training creation, designing, planning and delivery experience (300 hours minimum).Proficiency in stakeholder management, project management (related certification are desirable), communication skills and should possess the ability to work in a team environment.Should be willing to travel for training and conferences.Fluency in English is essential in both written & spoken form.Fluency in Arabic is desirable.
