DHL Supply Chain Billing Automation is a finance transformation program to simplify, standardize and automate our customer billing globally, to enhance billing accuracy and speed, increase customer satisfaction and improve cash flow. In this program, we work with a cross-functional and international team, with a customer-centric focus towards DSC customers as well as our country organizations. We are looking for smart and entrepreneurial individuals to join the Billing Automation Program, as part of the DSC Global Accounting and Process Digitalization team.

Your key accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Analyse current customer billing processes, specifically the data preparation aspect and make them automation-ready for rollout of DHL Supply Chain Billing Automation Tool across countries globally Provide 1st level support to countries on the DHL Supply Chain Billing Automation Tool and standard billing practices Review current data cleansing processes, including Visio process flows and Excel files, to identify and document the detailed as-is data cleansing process flow, including understanding formulae, field updates & macro functions in Excel Drive workshops with the process owners to fill any gaps in process flows, including the formulae implemented on different fields in Excel to transform into the expected output, and design new updated data cleansing process for each case into a given standard template. Derive data cleansing rules as per a standard format (for technical implementation), based on the data cleansing/transformation process of each use case Support training the country users to create & document field mapping and pre-processing rules themselves in a defined user-friendly template Review and support adoption of standardisation & simplification initiatives within the countries Set up basic billing contracts and rate cards within the DHL Supply Chain Billing Automation Tool Provide status reports for the data preparation of the use cases regularly to the Billing Automation Program lead and the team
Strong written and oral communication skills in English - essential Strong analytical skills with knowledge and experience in process analysis - essential Strong stakeholder management skills - essential Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills (ability to analyse data using vlookup and pivot tables) – essential Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (ability to create and dissect macros) - desirable Supply chain/ Logistics knowledge – desirable Experience in working with international teams – essential
