You will directly report to the Multi-Channel Engagement (MCE) & Customer Experience Manager.The PositionAs a MCE Coordinator, you will be coordinating and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Furthermore, you will be managing email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.Your main accountabilities will be: You will design, develop, and maintain the Health Care Professional (HCP) portal to ensure a strong online presence You will collaborate with the cross-functional team to edit digital marketing content including email marketing content, HCP Portal, and video content You will monitor and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions You will stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing You will create video content, and develop a content calendarQualificationsAs an MCE Coordinator, you need to be proficient in graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro. In addition, you need to have a basic understanding of video production techniques.To be successful in this role: Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing is a must; Postgraduate studies are a plus Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing Solid experience in running Digital Marketing Campaigns Experience in the Pharma industry within a multi-national organization is preferable Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ArabicAbout The DepartmentThe Saudi Customer Engagement & Projects department is a high-performing and highly ambitious team, leading transformation initiatives and striving for excellence across the organization.
