As an international think tank, our mission is clear: to accelerate the adoption of Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS), a critical technology in combating climate change and achieving climate neutrality. Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, we have a global presence, with offices in Washington DC, Houston, London, Brussels, Abu Dhabi, Beijing, and Tokyo. About the role and the team Due to growth in global CCS initiatives in core economic markets, we are looking for a Corporate Administrator to join us on a full-time basis. This role is available in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As our Business Operations Administrator for MEA, you will be operating on a global level and part of a team of experts. You will leverage your expertise to accelerate the deployment of CCS, with a particular focus on the Institute’s administrative processes and systems. How will you contribute and your impact Collaborate across functions and time zones to identify solutions, innovate, and support peers and colleagues. Oversee and manage daily operations, including resource management, and be a key part of a globally skilled administration team. Utilize your expertise in areas such as administration, events, finance, travel, IT support, and HR to promote a culture of excellence and productivity. About you To be successful in this role you will need to work well in a team or autonomously and be engaging, confident and flexible in your working style.
