Quality Control Lead

We're hiring Quality Control Lead  for an Ireland-based company providing in-store advertising solutions redefining how brands reach their audience, offering a seamless bridge between retailers and advertisers.

What's the opportunity?
As the QA Lead, you will spearhead the development, execution, and enhancement of our quality
assurance strategies. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality products through
meticulous testing and continuous improvement of testing practices. Your role is pivotal in
maintaining our reputation for excellence and innovation.

What will I be doing?
 Leading QA Strategy: Develop, implement, and continuously refine our QA strategy to align
with industry best practices and our technological advancements.
 Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of
quality, innovation, and continuous learning.
 Test Automation & Manual Testing: Oversee the development and execution of
comprehensive test automation frameworks as well as manual testing strategies to ensure
product quality.
 Product & Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance
product design and improve QA processes and tools.
 Quality Metrics & Reporting: Establish and monitor key quality metrics, reporting on QA
progress and challenges to stakeholders.
 Problem-Solving: Lead by example in troubleshooting and problem-solving, ensuring high
standards of quality are maintained through to product launch.
