Job PurposeWe are looking to hire Division Head, Operational Excellence,This job role is to ensure This role holder is responsible to ensure optimal operational efficiency at lowest cost through the delivery of targets against the strategic objectives of the Company.Key Accountabilities & Working Relationships:Key Accountabilities:The Division Head, Operational Excellence who will be responsible for but not limited to:Introduce continuous improvement excellence programs and quality programs, by evaluating existing processes, procedure, and systems. Suggest solutions to fill the gaps. Share benchmark standards with functions/departments and suggest improvement plans.Lead the change initiatives with humility guide the departments to achieve perfection in attaining high quality processes.Create flow of value, evaluate existing processes, suggest lean principles without hurting the output quality. Contribute to improving end-to-end workflow optimization.Ensure various operational excellence programs are implemented as per the plan. Evaluate plan and implement Operational Excellence standards in processes and practices. Prepare training/awareness materials, train the functions/departments/ teams/ employees through train the trainer programs.Track, coordinate, and evaluate process improvement measures in association with functions and departments.Facilitate Business Process Improvement projects (Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma and other improvement programs) and coach/train improvement teams to implement the process.Develop excellence project plans, implement, coordinate, and guide the team members in the tasks, motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and support the team when required to achieve the desired results.Support Lean Six Sigma learning environment and associate development by guiding, facilitating, and assisting with training events and simulation exercises.Deliver projects that provide quantifiable, statistically significant, and sustainable business process performance improvements in alignment to goals/objectives.Coordinate with Business Planning & Performance Management team to select excellence KPIs and devise measurement means.Conduct operational excellence self-assessment, and benchmark studies. Interpret the survey results and suggest improvements, changes to Department Manager.Working Relationships:Internal Interactions: Frequent contact with Senior Management and all function and department heads for direction and guidance.External Interactions:Company shareholders, affiliates, government entities and third parties as applicable.Who we are looking forEducation:Bachelor of Management or Business Studies, Finance or Economics, Science, Engineering, or any related major.Experience:Minimum of 9-15 years of relevant experience.Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations):Engineering or Business Administration.Certifications in Black Belt in Six Sigma, Master Black Belt.Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):Analytical skills and an eye for detailProcess Improvement & OptimizationQuality ManagementMaintenance Methods and EquipmentCost AnalysisTechnical Data ManagementTechnical studies, Documentation and ResolutionsManufacturing ManagementCommunication and presentation skillsLanguages:English.
