Job DescriptionThe Clinical Pharmacist plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care within a tertiary hospital. This position involves optimizing medication therapy, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
