The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in project management principles, with a particular strength in managing and organising project documentation. Experience working within both the UK and KSA contexts is highly desirable, offering the candidate a unique opportunity to bridge cultures and operational styles within our international projects.Responsibilities Of This Role IncludeProject Documentation Assist in the creation, organisation, and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all team members across locations.Schedule Management Support the Project Manager in planning and monitoring project schedules, including tracking deadlines and ensuring timely progress.Communication Coordination Facilitate efficient communication between team members from the UK and KSA, including organising meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-ups.Reporting and Analysis Assist in compiling project reports, presenting data analysis to support decision-making and project adjustments.Stakeholder Engagement Support in liaising with stakeholders, including preparing updates and gathering feedback to inform project progression.Process Improvement Contribute to the development and refinement of project management processes and documentation standards.Team Support Provide administrative and logistical support to the project team, contributing to a cohesive and productive working environment.Here’s What You’ll Need Proven experience in project management or a related field, with a strong emphasis on documentation management. Familiarity with project management software and tools, but proficiency in using MS Projects. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous. A relevant and up to date certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). BPSS clearanceDesirable Attributes Previous experience working within both the UK and KSA contexts. A relevant certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
